A DAY

Finestra,
at the pace of Bonifacio

From the first delivery to the evening rush, five stories recount the ties that unite the establishment with its city, its produce, its traditions, and those who bring it to life.

    Italo Bassi & Edoardo Menna

Italo Bassi, a leading figure in high-end Italian gastronomy, led Enoteca Pinchiorri to the top of the Michelin Guide before founding Confusion, the only Michelin-starred restaurant on the Costa Smeralda. In 2023, he chose Bonifacio to create Finestra and D'Amore.

By his side, Edoardo Menna, executive chef trained under Alain Ducasse, Yannick Alléno and Luciano Zazzeri, elevates Corsican produce with precision and respect.

A journey of the senses, between Italy and Corsica

An auteur cuisine where the product, the memory of the terroirs, and the creative impulse compose each plate, with the seasons.
