Finestra

Opened in 2023, Finestra offers free-spirited, heartfelt cuisine imbued with the Mediterranean. Led by chef Edoardo Menna, the restaurant draws on the culinary heritage of Corsica and Italy to create contemporary dishes. In spring 2025, it became Bonifacio’s first Michelin-starred restaurant, retaining its star in 2026.

Delicate Bonifacio langoustines

Autumnal flavours with Corsican citrus, a vanilla and lovage condiment, and orange and shellfish tempura

Risotto like a stone soup

Cooked in a tomato fish broth, with clams, mussels, and rockfish from our local fishermen

Red mullet

Flame-seared on the skin, memories of Zia Lina’s periwinkles, crisp autumn little gem lettuce with prickly pear

Pigeon

Roasted and marinated in olive oil, wilted radicchio with fermented vineyard peach
